Terms and conditions

VIP Tailoring by Alina is a tailoring and alterations shop in North Miami Beach, Florida. This website gives information about the shop: our services, our address and how to reach us. These terms apply to your use of the website and to the services we provide at the shop.

We work by appointment only. Call or text us to book a time. We may be able to provide same-day service, depending on our schedule.

We will tell you the price before work starts, and the work begins once you have agreed to it. Payment is due as agreed with you at the shop. If you want something added or changed after the price is agreed, we will tell you about any change in price before we go ahead.

We will notify you when your items are ready. Please pick them up after we notify you. If you cannot come, contact us to arrange another time.

Please give us accurate contact information so we can reach you about your appointment and your items. Please bring the items for the service you agreed to, and tell us about anything we should know about them before we begin.

We take care with every item left with us and we work to a professional standard. If you have a concern about your item or our work, contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to put it right. We make no promises about turnaround times or warranties beyond what we tell you in writing. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

If you agree to receive text messages from us, the text message terms apply. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Florida law governs these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated. These terms are effective October 3, 2026.
