VIP Tailoring by Alina is a tailoring and alterations shop. This policy explains what we collect about our clients, why, and the choices you have.
Our website
Our public website, www.miamiviptailoring.com, is an information page with our services, address and phone number. It has no accounts, sign-up or contact forms, and it does not ask visitors for personal information. It does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and mailing address; your measurements and notes about your garments; your appointments, orders, invoices and payments. We collect this when you visit the shop, call us, or book with us.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide your tailoring work, schedule and manage your appointments, prepare invoices and receipts, and contact you about your appointments and orders.
Text messages
When you book, we ask whether you would like appointment and order-ready texts, and our staff record your answer (“Client agreed to texts”). This is what you agree to:

Message frequency varies (typically 1-4 per appointment or order). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking.
We use your mobile number only to send the appointment and order-ready texts you agreed to. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in our text message terms.
No mobile information or text-message opt-in data or consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the shop (our booking and invoicing system's hosting, text-message and email delivery, and payment processing), and only to provide our service to you, or when the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text-delivery provider and the mobile carriers handle messages only to deliver them.
How long we keep it
We keep client records while you are a client and afterwards for as long as we need them for our business and tax records.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop our texts. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
Changes to this policy
