The program
VIP Tailoring by Alina sends appointment text messages to clients who agree to receive them: booking confirmations, reminders before a visit, and notices when an appointment moves or is cancelled. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you agree
When you book an appointment with us, in the shop or by phone, we ask whether you would like appointment texts. If you say yes, our staff record it in our booking system (“Client agreed to texts”). This is what you agree to:

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking. Saying no does not affect your appointment or our service. Your appointment is booked either way, and you can always call us for the details.

When an appointment moves

When an appointment is cancelled
VIP Tailoring: Maria, your Tue Sep 29 12:15 PM appointment is cancelled. To rebook call (440) 212-0106. Reply STOP to opt out.
When an order is ready

Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To start again, reply START.
